catching up

Things have been a little busy around here with Kayla, work, Paul's broken ankle, and being pregnant, so I got really far behind. Here is my attempt to catch up. Paul's ankle is much better. He has the cast off and is now doing PT to get to back to normal. Kayla is doing well. I'm doing well. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and hanging in there. I'm working for 2 more weeks, then taking some time off. Here are the major events to get caught up on:

THANKSGIVING:
Kayla had a very cute program at her school.



We went to Jackson for Thanksgiving with the Hadden Family.


CHRISTMAS:
We had a great Christmas. Again, Kayla is at a great age for Christmas. She wanted a sand table and a ferris wheel (my little pony Ferris wheel).



Kayla got real golf club for Christmas so she could start golfing with her daddy. We had a few nice days of the break so we took her to a driving range. She did really well.




Kayla's 4th Birthday:
Her birthday was on a Friday this year, so Paul took the day off and we had Kayla day, not that most days are not Kayla day but we made this one very special. We took her to breakfast, then went to Toys r' us to pick out want she wanted from us. Then we went to the mall to Build a Bear to build the baby a stuff bear that she can give him when he is born. We rode the merry-go-round and train at the mall and got a cookie cake. She had a great day.

The next day was her birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's. She had 17 kids and 30 adults come. She had a blast!!




Pregnancy Update:
Things are going well. I'm 33 weeks. My 40 week due date is April 1, 2009. They are talking about inducing me between March 18 and the 25th. I'm having to see the MD every week already but just because Kayla came so early.
